How do I book an interpreter?
To book an interpreter: email, text or Skype Christie Reaume.
Can I request a prefered interpreter?
Yes, we will do our best to coordinate your request with the schedule of the interpreter you prefer. Please contact us to coordinate booking a preferred interpreter.
What are your qualifications?
All of our interpreters have graduated from an American Sign Language - English interpreting program and are members of the Canadian Association of Sign Language Interpreters (CASLI).
I need a phone call interpreted, can CLR interpreters do that?

Do you provide volunteer interpreters?
Yes, in special situations, our interpreters can provide volunteer interpreting if their schedule permits. Please contact us for more details.
Are you members of CASLI?
Yes, all of our interpreters are members of CASLI, formerly known as AVLIC.
Do you follow the Code of Ethics?
Yes, since we are all members of CASLI, we all follow the Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Professional Conduct.

We are committed to not only providing interpreting services but also educating the general public about hiring interpreters and their legal obligation to ensure their businesses are accessible to all Ontarians with disabilities in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the newly adopted Accessible Canada Act.
